Hayley's Christening

Hayley was baptized on February 27th. It was an exciting and special day for all of us. On the other hand, Hayley seemed rather oblivious as to what was going on as she slept through the entire event. Many thanks to Godparents, Jenny and Mike, for agreeing to provide spiritual guidance to Hayley -- no pressure or anything :)

Snow Forts Galore

The crazy amount of snow we've had this winter gave Jaety and Caitlyn plenty of opportunities to build snow forts. I think Jaety had as much fun making these forts (if not more) as Caitlyn had playing in them. Seriously, one of these forts had a slide!

Early Hayley Days

We're finally getting around to posting some more early pictures of Hayley. When I look at them now, it's amazing how much she's grown in just 8 weeks. She's now 11 lbs, 22.25 inches long. Caitlyn is still infatuated with (and amazingly tolerant of) her new baby sister. Jaety and I couldn't be more proud of how she is with her.

Welcome Hayley!

Hayley Alexandra Edwards was born Tues. Jan 4 at 9:11am. Vital Stats for the scorecard: 6lb. 7oz., 18 1/2 inches. Mom and baby are doing great, and we get to welcome them home tomorrow!

From Hayley's First Day

Caitlyn's so excited to have a little sister. Tonight, while holding her sister in her lap, Caitlyn kissed her and told us "I love Hayley," which put huge smiles on Mom and Dad's faces.

Welcome Hayley! We're so excited to turn our party of three into a quartet!

Christmas 2010

Caitlyn's definitely got the present opening and sugar inhaling down (ate 5 peanut butter blossoms in one sitting!)Oddly enough, she was very fixated that Rudolph didn't finish the carrot that she left for him the night before. (Of course, Santa finished all of his peanut butter blossoms). All in all, Christmas was exhausting but always magical through the eyes of a 3-year old.
